Election Day Is Tuesday: Weber County Voters’ Final Checklist
Election Day is tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026. Here’s what Weber County voters need to know in the final hours, from Weber County Elections and vote.utah.gov.
Times and details can change; check the official notice before you go.
The deadline: received by 8 p.m. Tuesday
Your ballot must be received by 8 p.m. on Nov. 3 to count. A postmark is not enough. Weber County Elections says mailed ballots must be in the elections office by 8 p.m. on Election Day. With one day left, a drop box or a vote center is the way to make sure your ballot gets there.
Drop it off
Weber County has 21 ballot drop boxes at city offices, county libraries, the Weber Center parking lot and Weber State University. They are open 24 hours a day and close promptly at 8 p.m. on Election Day. No postage is needed. Find the full list in our voter guide or on the county’s drop box page.
Before you drop it off, sign the affidavit on the envelope. Weber County Elections says your signature must match your voter registration record for your vote to be counted.
Vote in person on Tuesday
7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at either location:
- Weber County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall, 1000 N. 1200 W., Ogden
- Ogden Valley Branch Library, 131 S. 7400 E., Huntsville
Bring valid ID. One photo ID with your name, such as a Utah driver license or U.S. passport, works; or bring two documents that together show your name and current address. See the state’s full ID list.
Not registered? Weber County’s election notice says you can register in person at a polling location on Election Day. The state says you’ll need two forms of valid ID, one proving identity and one proving residence, and you’ll vote a provisional ballot.
After you vote
- Track your ballot: Check its status at the state’s ballot lookup or sign up for alerts at trackmyballot.utah.gov.
- Signature problem? If your ballot is challenged, the county will send a letter with instructions. You can fix it online using the Voter ID in the letter as your PIN; see the cure letter page. The county says affidavits must arrive by noon on the day before the canvass. Its schedule lists the canvass on Nov. 17.
- Results: The county posts results on its election results page.
